Our current focus is a consumer app for expats and digital nomads, with an audience that's mostly American and British.
One thing you should know about how we work: we use AI heavily across the company, including in support. An AI agent already reads every incoming email, classifies it, drafts a reply, and files issues for the team. This role is about being the human in that loop — and the human voice of the product everywhere else.

We run a lot of Meta ads, which means hundreds of incoming comments and a steady flow of DMs.
